He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Chandler and Edith Chandler (Croslin); his wife Iris Faye Simar; and his sons, John Chandler, Jr., Dave Chandler (Annette) of Great Falls, Larry Kidd of Reno, Steve Chandler of Anacortes and Philip Kidd (Kim) of Lake Stevens, Washington. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
