It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Earl Hoffman (Eagan, Minnesota), born in Spokane, Washington, who passed away on May 25, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hoffman and JoAnn Hoffman; and his sister Kathy Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hoffman; his children, Christopher Hoffman (Ashley) and Katie Petersen (Josh); his grandchildren, Nolan Petersen, Blake Petersen, Adam Hoffman and Cameron Hoffman; and his siblings, Bill Hoffman (Tracie) and Pat Chamberlain (Gary). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Unfortunately, due to restrictions related to COVID-19, the funeral mass on Thursday will have limited capacity.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Outpatient Outfitters (864 Curry Trail Eagan, MN 55123) or Church of St John Neumann.
