He was predeceased by: his father Alan Grundmeyer; his grandfathers, James O'Neill and Willis Grundmeyer; his uncles, Daniel O'Neill and Dean Grundmeyer; and his cousin Jack O'Neill.
He is survived by: his mother Kelly Grundmeyer (O'Neill); his brother Brian; his grandmothers, Muriel O'Neill of LeSueur, MN and Bernice Grundmeyer of Lamont, IA; and his friend Emily Rasmussen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A private service will be held, due to the current pandemic.
