He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell and Ruth; his sister Susan Diebold; and his brother-in-law Mark Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Steve (Jeni), Scott (Stacey) and Sarah Pitzl (Jason); his grandchildren, Emily, Carly, Rachel, Hannah, Jack and Grace; his sister Lynn Anderson; and his brother-in-law Jay Diebold. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Mount Calvary Lutheran Church.
