He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Guion (Jim Blanche) and Dave Guion; his grandparents, LeRoy and Gladys Motz; his brothers, Josh Motz, Noah Guion (Emily) and Cole Guion; his uncles, Allan Motz (Leah), Dan Motz (Kathy), Brian Motz and Joe Guion (Chris McGing); and his aunt Shari Guion. He is also survived by many extended family and many caregivers.
