He was predeceased by: his mother Denise; and his grandparents, Melville, Evelyn Holmquist, Marvin and Dorothy Delozier.
He is survived by: his father Robert; his sisters, Shanna Hopkins (William) and Christina Holmquist; his aunt Debbie Muyres (David); and his uncle Douglas Delozier (Bridget). He is also survived by cousins, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Christus Victor Lutheran Church or the family.
