He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Donna Mirick, Herman and Margaret Weaver; and his extended family, Verna Ewert (Roy) and Myrt Berhow (Don).

He is survived by: his children, Zoe and Degory; his brother Edward (Katie); and his parents, Dustin Mirick and Zella Mirick.
