She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sweeney (Jack) and Mary Sweeney; and her daughter Emily. She is survived by: her husband Chuck Groeller; her daughter Molly Dragert (Jay); her grandsons, Logan and Lucas; her son Sam (Jessica); her grandchildren, Aidan, Alison, Jack and Sophia; her siblings, Dennis (Margaret), Patricia McInerney (Dan), Brian (Jan), Kevin (Marijo), Maureen Huss (George) and Tim (Wendie); and her cousin Dennie Scott (Mary Margaret). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Church (515 S Albert St, St Paul, MN 55116). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cretin-Derham Hall High School.
