She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sachi and Irene Sachi; her brothers, Paul, Timothy and Larry; and her brother-in-law Richard Wolle.
She is survived by: her husband Nick Jakubowsky; her children, Jeff Jakubowsky (Sandy), Brian Jakubowsky (Jolene) and Karen Jakubowsky; her stepdaughter Kimberly Seilhamer; her grandchildren, Marcus, Zach, Mikayla, Katherine, Ethan, Ben, Jacob, Lily, Aria, Audrey and Chaz; and her siblings, Dave Sachi (Barb), Diane Capra, Deb Wolle, Joan Dostert (Greg), Barb Sachi (Garry Durland), John Sachi (Diane) and Dan Sachi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Saint John Neumann (4030 Pilot Knob Rd, Eagan, MN 55122).
