He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gibbons and Helen Kaminski Gibbons of Jenkins Township; and his brother John Gibbons. He is survived by: his wife Judith Anne Healey; his stepsons, Joseph Sciandra of Pittston, PA, John Scheiderich of Bloomington, MN and Lawrence Scheiderich (Cortissa) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Zoe, Brinley, Hezekiah, Jeremiah, Nathanial Scheiderich, Nikki and David Sciandra; and his brother James Gibbons (Dolly). He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to American Cancer Society.
