She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Otto and Marilyn Otto. She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her daughter Krystle Lewis-Curtis; her granddaughter Olivia Lynn; her siblings, Lori Hansen (John) and Lloyd, Jr. Otto (Jeanne); her godson Jake Hansen; her pet Snickers; and her uncle Bob Siegert. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
