It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Helen Jacobs (Eagan, Minnesota), who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Hoheisel and Raymond Hoheisel. She is survived by: her husband Terry Jacobs; her sister Lorraine Freking (Larry); her sons, David, Daniel and Charles DeGidio; and her grandchild Hailey DeGidio.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
