He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Chapuran and Alice Chapuran. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Michael (Julie), Johnny (Libbie), Jamie (Sarah) and Kristina Miller (Mike); his grandchildren, Kellen, Leighton, Ruby and JJ; and his brother Ron (Nancy). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
