He is survived by: his significant other Ann Romberg; his daughters, Taylor Millikan of St. Paul and Emily Meyers (Matt) of Minneapolis; his mother Dorothy Millikan of Apple Valley; his sister Susan Millikan of Orlando, FL; his nieces, Sara Fisher (Bo), Lauren Wilkinson of Orlando and Maleka Mau of Fremont, CA; and his great-nephews, Tripp and Henry Fisher.
