He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; and his parents, George and Carole. He is survived by: his sons, Andy (Vicki), Brent (Kim), Chris, Matt and Mark; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Sarah, Karlie, Kammie, Lauren, Nick, Luke and Logan. He is also survived by numerous siblings, nieces and nephews.
