He was predeceased by: his parents, John Piatz and Connie Piatz; and his sister Kathy Piatz. He is survived by: his son Daniel; his wife Brenda; and his siblings, Karen Galbrecht (Craig), Kris Anderson (Blake), Steve Piatz (Janis) and Jeff Piatz.
