He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wallner and Mildred Wallner; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his wife MaryLou; his son Kale; his daughter-in-law Shelly; his grandchildren, Brady, Kaylee, Brenden, Brooke and Erica; and his brother Fred Jr..

Jerrys request was that all donations go to the Blood Bank of Minneapolis.
