She was predeceased by: her husband George; her granddaughter Andrea; her sons-in-law, Ed McMillian and Jim Church; and her siblings, Alice, Lorraine, Rita and Maurice.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Polski (Joe), Gordon (Julie) and Valerie Church (Mike); her brother John; and her sisters-in-law, Sherrie Perron, Joan VanDiver and Mary Giles. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
