He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcella Bingham and Roland Bingham; and his sister Marsha Bingham. He is survived by: his wife Beth Bingham; his sons, Joshua (Tiffany Segal), Jeremy (Rachel Segal), Michael Bingham (Jenny) and Jon Kampp; his grandchildren, Noah Segal, Chloe and Addison Kampp; his nephew Jason Lyons; and his siblings, Lora Bingham, Alexis Pearson and Jack Bingham. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
