He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Stevens and Jewell Stevens; and his sister Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Kari Lyn Wampler, Paul Stevens (Susan) and Michael Stevens (Angela); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Joseph, Jake, Jessica Stevens, Lucy and Georgia Wampler; his great grandchild Kaylee; his sisters, Martha McCutcheon (Jim) and Sherma Van Riper; and his sister-in-law Darlys Gabrielson.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials are preferred to the Church or the Donor's Choice.
