He is survived by: his children, David Jr. of Eagan, Katelynn Lothrop (Brian) of Des Moines and Matthew of Cambridge, Minnesota; and his siblings, Sharon Mayne (Terry) of Surprise, Steven Kallsen (Ann) of Bloomington, Michael Kallsen (Terri) of Hawarden and Kevin Kallsen (Jody) of New Braunfels. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
