She is survived by: her children, Loren (Lori), Leonard and Lee (Teresa); her grandchildren, Eric (Katie), Matthew (Jamie), Brandon (Katie), Cory (Kristi), Andy (Brittany), Lee Jr. and Alex; her great grandchildren, Julia, Evelyn and Olivia; her sons, Samuel and Louis; and her brother Jerry Moulzolf (Lawrence). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews and friends.
