It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betsy I Anderson of Eagan, Minnesota, born in Martinsville, Indiana, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Hacker and Alberta Hacker; her husband Andy; her daughter Mollie Peterson; her siblings, T. J. Hacker and Sarah Hacker; and her sister-in-law Gypsy Hacker.
She is survived by: her sons, Sherman Anderson (Mary), Thurston Anderson (Kathy) and Jason Anderson (Julie); her son-in-law Jamie Peterson; her grandchildren, Katie Tonjum (Tim), Kevin DeGezelle (Kelly), Alex DeGezelle (Alicia), Zach Anderson (Kayla), Katie Anderson, Ellie Anderson and Tim Anderson; her great grandchildren, Nick Tonjum, Grant Tonjum, Lawson DeGezelle, Paisley DeGezelle, Lilia DeGezelle, Harper Geer, Hazel DeGezelle, Indy DeGezelle and Easton Anderson; her siblings, Jim Hacker (Judy), Myron "Butch" Hacker, Sherman Hacker (Juanita), Linda Nicoson (Virgil), Bob Hacker (Kathy), Elly Linneman (Larry) and Carolyn Dean (Kenny); and her sister-in-law Alice Hacker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Stephen Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
