It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara M. Johnson Svenkesen of Eagan, Minnesota, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Svenkesen and Margaret Svenkesen (Corbet); her husband Lowell Johnson; and her brothers, Butch, Walter and Bill Svenkesen.
She is survived by: her sons, Russ and Roger Johnson; her grandchildren, Dan and Jennifer; her great grandchildren, Amber, Kyle and Spencer; and her sisters, Caroline Briggs and Lois Olefke. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Henry W. Anderson Funeral Homes (14850 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Henry W. Anderson Mortuary (14850 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124).
