She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lewis and Catherine Lewis; her children, Jerome and Charmine; and her brothers, Jerry and Pat Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Gary; and her children, Stacy, Chris and Joseph. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.
