She is survived by: her husband Phil Forshee; her stepdaughters, Tiffany Hoffman (Rob) of Helena, MT and Jessica Forshee of New York, NY; and her siblings, Larry Malecha (Dawn) of Faribault, MN and Renee Malecha of Rochester, MN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends.
