She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rice and Marlys Rice (Benham); her parents-in-law, Roger "Bill" and Hazel; and her siblings, Lila Winter and Rick Rice (Marines).

She is survived by: her husband Roger Williams; her son Chris of Faribault; and her siblings, Ray of Northfield, Shelly of Prescott, WI and Dolly of Holly Hill, FL..
