He was predeceased by: his father William Hamberg. He is survived by: his children, Landon Martinson and Annabelle Hamberg; his mother Brenda Stout (Tom); his siblings, Sara Hamberg, Riley Stout and Chantel Cossette (Derek); and his nieces and nephews, BraeLynn, Kallie, Blake and Kora. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Bell Bank - Tom Stout, to go towards Billy's children and to cover funeral expenses.
