He is survived by: his mother Sheila Plevell (Haberman); his sisters, Dr. Jill Plevell and Joy Packa; his niece Jessica Plevell-Packa; and his nephews, Matthew Plevell (Amber Peterson) and Hunter Packa. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
