He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Howard and Helen Howard; his brother James; his sister-in-law Corrine Howard; and his sister Alice Norlund.
He is survived by: his wife Marlys Howard; his daughters, Jill Howard and Jane Seehus (Andy); his grandchildren, Josie, Brandon Adams, Rayna and Max; his siblings, Marilyn Cook (Kermit), Judi Paplior, Peter Howard (Barb) and Timothy Howard (Gina Knezevich); and his brother-in-law Jerry McCormick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (721 N 57th Ave W, Duluth, MN 55807). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Stella Maris-St. James Campus would be appreciated.
