He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul John and Anastasia Semenchuk (Kahut); his wife Virginia Joan Collard; his sister Helen Steciuk; and his brother-in-law Emil Dutka.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Semenchuk (Tom Oates) of Madison, WI, Dr. Lori Walker (Forrest Monroe) of Aurora, CO and John Semenchuk (Cindy) of Marshfield, WI; his grandchildren, Nicola Walker, Michael Walker, Maria Semenchuk and Ruby Semenchuk; his nephews, Michael Dutka and Morris Dutka; his siblings-in-law, Jane Hawthorne and Ron Hawthorne; his nephew Jeffrey Hawthorne; and his niece Nancy Neil. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Steve's name be made to the Damiano Center, 206 W. 4th St. #214, Duluth MN 55806.
