Though Shyama Pati may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shyama Pati touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Suhasini Sengupta; his former spouse Sabita Sengupta; his son Jay Deep Sengupta; his spouse Ria Bardhan; and his grandchildren, Vir and Avika.
He had tremendous will-power and bravery through all of life's trials and tribulations and this kept him going through the pandemic and while fighting dementia.
Alzheimer's dementia impacted that outgoing personality over the last few years.
