He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrna Matykiewicz and Skip Matykiewicz; and his grandparents, Kay, Gibby Graff, George and Yorkie.

He is survived by: his friends, Jim and Scott; his sister Deb Neary (Jim); his aunt Gayle Spannbauer (Al); his nephew John Neary (Katie); his niece Erin Neary (Patrick Hunter); and his great-nieces, Ashlyn and Teagan Neary. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
