He was predeceased by: his brother Art; and his sister-in-law Ollie Carlson. He is survived by: his sons, Steve and Dave (Heather Trieschmann); his grandchildren, Kali Lamiao (Thor) and Cori Carlson; his great grandchildren, Mason Lamiao and Zatanna Lamiao; his brother Donald "Ducky"; and his sister-in-law Delaine Carlson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
