He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Heather During (David) of Duluth, Sherri, Randy Hotchkin of Duluth, Trent Hotchkin (Carole) of Duluth and Robert Tucker of Somerset, WI; and his siblings, Joyce Pettinger (Tom) of Fargo, ND and Robert Tucker (Mary Ann) of Wesley Chapel, FL. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
