It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norbert J. Sloan (Duluth, Minnesota), who passed away on June 17, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Marty; and his sisters, Adeline, Rose, Margaret and Athrelda.

He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Suomala; his grandchildren, Ashlie, Nick and Ryan; his great grandchild Tahlia; his sister-in-law Lois Olsen of Duluth; his siblings, Gerald Sloan (Irene) of Detroit Lakes and Genny Clukey of Florida; and also Hermantown. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
