We bid farewell to Matthew Carter (Duluth, Minnesota), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 13, 2024 at the age of 98. Matthew touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carter and Cleo Harrison; his wife Helen; and his siblings, Woodrow Carter, Cletora Evege and Bernice Brown.

He is survived by: his children, Anthony, William and Kai; his grandchildren, Sheneall, Mario, Celia and Ava; his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Markus and Rylee; and his brother Julian Murray.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (4901 E Superior St, Duluth, MN 55804). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
