She is survived by: her children, Terry Esterly (Janet), John Esterly, Vicara Rivers and Lori Esterly; and her grandchildren, Jason, Davena, Philip III, Ian and Caitlyn. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
