He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Adam (Pam), Jane Plese (James) and Michael Utley (Cara); his grandchildren, Cooper, Emma, Caleb, Ruby, Joseph and Bentley; his brother Michael (Linda); and his pets, Ali and Lucy.
