He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Graves and Josephine Graves (Jazdzewski); his daughter Mary Elsenrath; his son-in-law Charles Thrasher; his sister Patricia Potswald; and his brother-in-law Robert Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Graves; his children, Anne Smith-Graves (Greg), Peter Graves (Erica Wittmer), Michelle Thrasher and Melissa Aldridge; his siblings, Joanne Dosen (Michael), Kathy Frost (Dick), Rosemary Bourgerie (Dan), Hollis Graves (Vicki) and Mike Graves (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Bob Potsswald. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to either Stella Maris Academy or the Damiano Center.
