He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Kohlhaas and Clayton Kohlhaas; and his siblings, Margaret Denissen and Tony Kohlhaas. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Wallace; his sons, Clayton (Teresa), David (Nancy), Matthew (Julie) and Daniel (Shelley); his grandchildren, Ben (Rachael), Alex, Tim (Beckie), Anna (Dan), Jessa, Jordyn (Austin), Penelope, Madylan, Lily, Ethan, Tyler (Meaghan), Steven and Jacob (Mya); and his great grandchildren, Jadyn, Isaac, Gracie, Kayden and Isa.
