It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice M Jensen Shannon (Duluth, Minnesota), born in Effie, Minnesota, who passed away on March 27, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd; her granddaughter Maria; her son Steven; her daughter-in-law Nancy; and her sister Beverly Mihelich.

She is survived by: her sons, Mike, Gary Shannon (Jill) of Chaska and Michael Shannon (Liz) of Duluth; her brothers, Robert Jensen (Linda) of Effie, MN. and Richard Jensen (Kay) of Effie, MN.; and also Hospice. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
