He was predeceased by: his wife Colleen; and his son Timothy. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas (Jan) and Terry (Karen); his daughter-in-law Sue Slattery (Tim); his grandchildren, Paul Jennifer (Kristyn), James, Brandon, Courtney (Jon), Alan (Kaitlin) and Kinzie; and his great grandchildren, Jaidyn, Gaven, Savanna, Mason, Emily, Emmanual, Lillian and Harrison.
