He was predeceased by: his father Osh Cowley. He is survived by: his wife Katie Jo Sullivan; his mother Diann M. Sullivan; and his brothers, Thomas J. and John L. Sullivan.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 19th 2024 at 6:00 PM.
