He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Johnson and Theresa N. Johnson (Talarico). He is survived by: his wife Deborah; and his brother Kenneth (Cynthia) of Chippewa Falls, Wis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many good friends.
