He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" Rouleau and Gladys Rouleau (Booreen) of Duluth, MN.; his brother Dick Flemming; and his great grandchild Cameron Swanson. He is survived by: his wife Joann "JoJo" (Card); and his children, Scott (Julia), Wendy Johnson (Rick), Cindy Rouleau (Brad Iverson) and Tammy Larson (Tom). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
