He is survived by: his uncle Ronnie; his significant other Kathi Forseth; his son Trevor Tack (Preston); his mother Bonnie Tack; and his siblings, Tony Tack (Jennifer) and Lisa Wolfe (Ted). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
