He was predeceased by: his father Duane Bosiacki. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Bosiacki; his siblings, Cheryl Billman (Mark), Duane (Karen) and Craig; and his nieces and nephews, Mitch (Jill), Rachel (Mike), Kirk (Lynsie), Alan (Brittney), Ashley (Cody), Tony and Nicholas.
