He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvil Tranmel and Carolyn Tranmel (Sterling); and his brother John. He is survived by: his children, Casey, Kari (Charlie) and Maurissa; his grandchildren, Norah and Karson; his stepsons, Jeremy and Jeff; and his siblings, Mark (Lesa), Mary Beth (Paul) and Cindy (Lowell). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dougherty Funeral Home (600 E 2nd St, Duluth, MN 55805). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
