He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Keiper and Bernice Keiper (Blumentritt); and his uncles, George, August, Eugene and Vernon.
He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Chapin; his wife Karen Rockman (Wilson); his children, James C. (Carla) and Tamera Keiper; his grandchildren, Mariah Gronseth (Dillon), Chelsie Keiper, Nathan Keiper and Brian Keiper; his great grandchild Eira Gronseth; his stepchildren, Jodi Nasers (Joseph), Todd Rockman (Trisha) and Daren Rockman; his stepgrandchildren, Jeffrey Nasers, Justin Nasers (Danielle), Jessica Loerts (Jordan), Jacob Nasers, Kade Rockman, Ruby Rockman, Riley Rockman, Hunter Rockman and Gannon Rockman; his stepgreat-grandchildren, McKinley and Caysen Loerts; and his uncles, Kenneth Keiper (Rhoda) and David Keiper (Darlene).
In lieu of flowers memorials will be given to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
